Are we going to try an release at least one single for each group before adding the new members, or will we wait?

Well, it depends how you want the singles o3o
A single without all the new members first (|D)

And then the 2nd can be awaited for the new members o3o
But it really just depends how much time you want to spend for that first single o3o. (2 weeks, 3 weeks etc?) If you want t take longer you could have the new members first o3o then our first single xD

Each group could take a vote on whether or not they want to release a single before the new members are added or not. Or we could just do one big single including the whole project. We could just have the members that want to be in that big single, kinda like a Neko Project All Stars thing, or something similar.

Also, as far as auditions go, I think that we should give auditions a few weeks so we can get a variety of people to choose from and make our selections from there.

i think for that most songs by korean groups over in japan atm r like the jap ver of the korean one so i think the japanese group@ neko project should have that while the korean group@ neko does the original ver but for newer songs from korean groups the korean group@ neko should cover it showing that they can do jap too?
